May 12-18 is National Women’s Health Week


Take a moment from the care of everyone else and put yourself first. Women are usually responsible  for the health care of their families – making appointments,taking children or parents to the doctor, and comforting family when their sick. Put yourself first for a change and do something special for you – take a walk, eat healthy, take some down time to relax. Take charge of your health. Visit your healthcare provider and work out a plan to make sure your health is the best it can be.
